Are expensive antivirus programs such as McAfee and Norton better than the freebies?
No. They are not. Please do don’t believe the hype. Those companies are just trying to upsell a service. In our honest opinion these programs just add more and more software that just runs in the background and completely slows your computer down tremendously. These security software companies will convince you that Internet cookies and certain programs are viruses or “threats” to your computer. You should not let them scare you into spending your money on their “bloatware” or miscellaneous programs.
What’s the difference between RAM / Memory and Hard Drive / Storage?
I would best explain RAM or Memory like your short term memory. RAM stands for “Random Acceses Memory” which is pretty much the memory used when programs use and are required to save data for its short term memory. These RAM sticks are constantly refreshing and clearing cache in order to process data. So thats why RAM comes into play when you use programs that process alot of data such as movie / photo editing programs.
Hard Drive and Storage is pretty much just what it sounds like. I would best explain it as a garage. They come in 2, 3, 4 + garages. Well, the hard drives have a certain amount of space measured in Gigabytes (GB) and Terabyte (TB). Some examples include 250GB / 500GB hard drives and 1TB / 2TB hard drives. 1 Terabyte (1TB) is basically 1000 Gigabytes (GB) 1024GB (Gigabytes) to be exact.
Will adding more RAM make my computer faster?
If you use programs that process alot of information such as movie or photo editing programs then I would say yes. But with limitations I believe the best upgrade anyone can do to a computer is upgrade it from a regular SATA Hard Drive to a SSD or Solid State Hard Drive.
So adding RAM to a computer is a start but not the best solution. Although upgrading to a SSD would make a world of a difference.

How long does a repair take?
Repair time frames vary depending on the required service. Most computer repairs are taken care of pretty fast. Most times the same day or by the next day. Unless a specific part is required then the amount of time for shipping of the part is required average time is usually about 3-5 working days addition wait time.
